Marjorie Redding

About Marjorie Redding

Realtor®/Broker Marjorie Redding grew up in Asheville, North Carolina and has, thus, been exposed to beautiful and unique real estate for her entire life. Growing up, she was always interested in homes, home construction and the various architectural styles. Long before she began working in real estate, she spent a lot of time studying the real estate market.

After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Journalism, Marjorie spent several years in California and Washington, DC. She then attended Wake Forest University School of Law. Marjorie practiced law in Asheville and then here in Charlotte for seven years with her husband, David Redding. She focused primarily on civil litigation, including real estate disputes, and closed residential and commercial real estate transactions from time to time.

Thanks to her first career, Marjorie knows her way around real estate contracts and transactions. In addition, she developed her skills as a strategic advocate and negotiator. It has always been her top priority to get the best result for her clients while keeping stress levels down and professionalism levels up. And, with three daughters, she is sharpening her negotiation and mediation skills on a daily basis!

As your broker, Marjorie is listening and thinking and strategizing. At Dickens Mitchener she works with the best Brokers in the business who have a genuine passion for real estate and client satisfaction. Whether you are buying or selling, your wants and needs are driving the process from start to finish. Marjorie will put the amazing Dickens Mitchener resources to work for you, including: extensive knowledge of the Charlotte area market, an unparalleled network here and across the country, an incredible in-house marketing team, and top-notch service providers such as photographers, staging companies, virtual tour providers, graphic designers and more.

Marjorie loves to play bridge and golf and pretty much anything that involves lakes, seas or oceans. Last but not least she has extensive knowledge of Cotswold, Old Foxcroft, Myers Park, and the South Park area.
