Realtor®/Broker Kelly Catanese is a South Carolina native who has called the Queen City home for nearly 20 years. She leverages her extensive background in sales and marketing to benefit her clients throughout each real estate transaction.
After graduating from Clemson University with a degree in speech and communications, she began her career working for Bank of America. While there, she further developed her communication skills personally assisting clients with their financial needs. Kelly transitioned to a sales and marketing career within the medical industry before moving to a marketing assistant role at a commercial real estate firm in Charlotte. Six years later, she decided to pursue her passion for selling real estate and became a licensed Realtor®/Broker herself. Thriving off of her day-to-day routine of building client relationships, Kelly helps her clients achieve their real estate goals.
She is also very involved in the local community, including being a member of Myers Park Presbyterian Church and currently serving on the MPPC Presbyterian Women Council. In addition, she is an active volunteer at Cotswold Elementary School and Alexander Graham Middle School where she has served multiple terms on the Cotswold PTA Board.
Kelly enjoys spending her free time with her husband Michael and their two children, who have lived in the Cotswold neighborhood for 17 years. She also enjoys reading and going to sporting events, especially Clemson games.
