Realtor®/Broker Kelly Catanese is a South Carolina native who has called the Queen City home for more than 15 years. She leverages her extensive background in sales and marketing to benefit her clients throughout each real estate transaction.
After graduating from Clemson University with a degree in speech and communications, she began her career working for Bank of America. There she further developed her communication skills personally assisting clients with their financial needs. Catanese transitioned to a sales and marketing career within the medical industry before moving to a marketing assistant role at a commercial real estate firm in Charlotte. Six years later, she decided to pursue her passion for selling real estate and became a licensed Realtor®/Broker herself. She thrives off her day-to-day routine of building client relationships and helping her clients achieve their real estate goals.
She is also very involved in the local community as a member of Myers Park Presbyterian Church and currently serves as the Moderator for the MPPC Presbyterian Women Council. In addition, she is an active volunteer at Cotswold School and is currently serving her second term on the PTA Board.
She enjoys spending her free time with her husband Michael and their two children, who have lived in the Cotswold neighborhood for 15 years. She also enjoys reading and going to sporting events, especially Clemson games.
