With extensive relocation experience, superior market expertise, and an enthusiastic approach, Jessica McCormick is a client-focused agent who delivers real results.
Originally from Northwestern Pennsylvania, McCormick moved to Blacksburg, VA to attend Virginia Tech University where she earned a bachelor’s of science degree in human nutrition and exercise science. McCormick then moved to Maryland where she earned her Registered Dietitian license.
In 2008, McCormick and her husband moved to Charlotte where they immediately fell in love with its southern charm, hospitality, and historic quaint neighborhoods. She was drawn to the profound relationships between people and the unique places & locations they choose to call home. It is her keen understanding and appreciation for the personal aspect of buying or selling a home that allows her to support her clients in making sound, thoughtful decisions.
McCormick has lived in several of Charlotte’s most sought after neighborhoods including Uptown, Dilworth and most recently Myers Park. She is very knowledgeable in all of these communities as well as Sedgefield, South End, and SouthPark.
In her free time, McCormick enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, traveling, running marathons, walking in Freedom Park, and hiking in & around Charlotte.
