Realtor®/Broker Jennifer Otis uses her law background and in-depth knowledge of the Charlotte real estate market to benefit each of her buyers and sellers. Her extensive contract, advocacy and negotiation skills allow her to best represent her clients throughout every transaction.
After graduating from Kent State University with a degree in political science, Jennifer earned her law degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. She fell in love with real estate after buying her first home and decided to become a licensed agent after relocating to Charlotte from Columbus, Ohio. During her family’s relocation, she had a wonderful experience working with a Dickens Mitchener agent and knew she wanted to be a member of the firm.
Jennifer has the keen ability to listen to her clients and tailor creative solutions to any issue they may face. Her previous experience analyzing and helping clients solve complex legal issues makes her very well-suited to apply this skill set to real estate transactions. She has intimate community knowledge of Myers Park where she currently lives, SouthPark where she used to live, Barclay Downs, Foxcroft, Cotswold and Dilworth.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling with her husband and their two teenage daughters, particularly skiing out West and family trips to Kiawah Island and Charleston. She also enjoys staying active and trying new restaurants in Charlotte.
