As a Charlotte native, Fitz Lee has truly enjoyed watching the metro region flourish and grow into what it is today. Lee received a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1978 and a Master of Business Administration degree at Wake Forest University in 1984. Lee then went on to become a licensed Realtor®/Broker in both North Carolina and South Carolina. After family, his work as a residential broker has always remained his highest priority. Lee considers his client relationships to be lifetime connections, and he prides himself on always remaining the most important source for their real estate needs and aspirations. He believes residential real estate is far more than a transactional business. “So much of our own lives revolve around what happens at home, so there should be no surprise as to why I never take anything for granted regarding my clients’ needs and their goals,” explains Lee. His high energy and enthusiasm coupled with his expertise in residential marketing and promotion make him a desirable agent to work with. Lee remains committed to keeping up with the latest real estate trends.
He currently lives in the Deering Oaks area but has expertise in many of the surrounding neighborhoods including Barclay Downs, Foxcroft, Myers Park, Eastover, Cotswold, Dilworth and Center City. Aside from his passion for the city he calls home, he is also an extremely proud family man, who is involved with civic, community and church activities.
