Originally from Ashe County, NC, Amanda Blackburn is a Charlotte real estate market expert who brings extensive relocation experience to the service she provides her trusted clients.
Blackburn is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill where she earned degrees in communication, psychology, and music.
In the last 12 years, she has moved a total of eight times, living in North Carolina, California, New York, New Jersey, Tennessee and Virginia. Blackburn’s vast relocation experience provided her with a deep understanding & appreciation for all aspects of the buying and selling process, as well as the importance of the Realtor®-client relationship. This is why she places heavy emphasis on client satisfaction and uses her impressive negotiation skills to ensure smooth real estate transactions, time and time again. Blackburn is detail orientated and prides herself on her responsiveness to her clients.
After moving all over the country for work, Blackburn made the decision to move back to the Queen City in 2011. She loves that Charlotte, while very much a booming financial business hub, has been able to hold on to its small town roots and charm. She currently lives in Dilworth but has intimate knowledge of all of Charlotte’s most sought after neighborhoods including Plaza Midwood and Myers Park.
In her free time, she loves to sing, act, play guitar, garden, decorate, read historical fiction, and cheer on her beloved Tarheel’s. She also loves to spend time with her two children and her dog, Franco. Blackburn also enjoys visiting her hometown of Ashe County to hike and take in the scenic beauty of the mountains.
